Integral Mobile Data (IMD), an OLM Group business, today announced the latest release of the award winning Integral mForms® software, which is recognised as a leader in meeting the ever increasing demand for complex mobile data solutions.
This significant new release enhances Integral mForms® through technical, design and scalability improvements. Specifically Version 2.7 of Integral mForms® brings support for Vista throughout the suite, enhances the Communications Server architecture and system database structure, thereby increasing the scale of implementations that can be supported by a single server. In addition, V2.7 introduces additional features for device management of radio modems, server based licensing, and support for Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), enabling greater control over mobile device management. Furthermore, the performance and usability of Integral mForms® has been improved upon by architectural enhancements, with benchmark beta tests from the V2.7 Beta programme showing enhanced mobile data synchronisation performance. Reflecting and supporting the features provided in modern mobile devices is a vital part of the continued development of Integral mForms®. The Integral mForms® product suite now offers support for an enhanced range of client devices, such as Windows Mobile devices, which take advantage of automatic screen rotation features. Support for the BlackBerry® platform has been enhanced by the addition of two new devices, the BlackBerry® 8100 (Pearl) and 8300 (Curve).
